November 1 training sailing ship of the Agency "Pallada" with the established shipboard satellite equipment, "the Messenger" came from Vladivostok to circumnavigate the globe, dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the discovery of Antarctica by the expedition under the command of Thaddeus Bellingshausen and Mikhail Lazarev and the 75th anniversary of the Victory over fascism. In the first decade of December to the "Pallada" will join the barques "Sedov" and "Kruzenshtern", which will go round the world trip from Kaliningrad. The coordinate data of vessels from any point of their route in both hemispheres will be transmitted by means of "Messenger" in the cartography module of Centre of system of monitoring of fisheries and communication of the Agency, where anyone can now online, track the location of a tall ship.
Before leaving the port "a Pallada" was moored among the warships of the Pacific fleet. In the morning, when she set sail, the pier held a Grand rally and creative performances. Among the mourners were representatives of Rosrybolovstvo, the Russian geographical society, the leadership of the Primorsky region, Vladivostok city, clergy, veterans of the Navy and yunarmeytsy.
