Young specialists of the Gonets Satellite System JSC (part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) took part in the Roscosmos active youth industry forum "Team of the Future", which was held on December 7-9, 2023 at the Cosmonautics and Aviation Center at VDNH.
The forum is being organized for the second time in order to strengthen intra-industry cooperation between enterprises belonging to the Roscosmos State Corporation, develop a common corporate culture and youth policy in the rocket and space industry.
The Forum was opened by Yuri Borisov, Director General of Roscosmos State Corporation, who in his welcoming speach stressed the importance of constant rejuvenation of rocket and space industry enterprises with energetic, talented and responsible personnel. "It is your contribution to the development of the space industry that will determine the future!" said Yuri Borisov, addressing the participants of the event.
The Forum was attended by more than 500 young scientists from Roscosmos enterprises, as well as students from specialized universities of the Roscosmos Constellation. The young specialists exchanged their experience of modern developments and scientific and technical achievements, discussed key issues related to the present and future of Russian cosmonautics and the implementation of strategically significant projects.
