A representative of the Gonets Satellite System JSC (part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) took part in the Congress of Representatives of Youth Associations of the Rocket and Space industry, which was held on February 10, 2024 at the Cosmonautics and Aviation Center (Moscow, VDNH).
The Congress was organized by the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists under the General Director of the Roscosmos State Corporation, which includes 35 specialists from 27 organizations of the Russian rocket and space industry. The main purpose of the Congress is to assist in the development and unification of the human resources potential of the State Corporation organizations.
The congress was attended by the leadership of the Roscosmos State Corporation, as well as representatives of youth associations and personnel services of rocket and space industry enterprises belonging to the State Corporation. As part of the events of the congress, the participants presented presentations of Roscosmos youth projects. The young specialists discussed the issues of long-term development of the industry, the formation of corporate culture, the development of human resources, as well as the work plan of the youth movement "Team of the Future" for 2024.
