In January 2017 service manual MSRS "Loutch" of JSC "Satellite System Gonets" in cooperation with colleagues from the Khabarovsk branch of the company has organized and participated in the implementation of test sessions with the relay using all 3 spacecraft constellation MSRS "Loutch".

Works were carried out by the order of the MCC FSUE "TsNIImash" and were aimed at health check-board equipment antenna Ku-band on the sides of the spacecraft "Luch-5." Communication channels in Ku-band used in both subscriber and trunk channels at service of terrestrial retransmission of users using earth stations MKSR "Ray."

For this purpose, specialists were involved in the station ground complex planning and relay (LEL) in Moscow, the command-measuring system (CIS), "Maple-R" in Korolev and subscriber earth stations of satellite communication performance of the "01" and "02" in the branch of JSC "Satellite system" messenger "in the city of Khabarovsk. The results of successful retransmission sessions have shown that airborne antenna Ku-band on all three spacecraft constellation ( "Luch-5A", "Luch-5B", "Luch-5B") is completely intact and are ready for use.

MKSR "Ray" is designed to inform facilities of rocket and space technology (RCT), including the International Space Station, the relaying system of differential correction and monitoring of GLONASS, Cospas-Sarsat, platforms, data Roshydromet agencies of the exchange of television news and programs between telecentres, of videoconferences, teleconferences and reports
